to shape the future 國際青年創未來

In a rapidly changing world, youth are reshaping how we engage in global dialogue. The Global InnoYouth Summit, launched by the Department for Youth of the Taipei City Government in 2025, brings young changemakers from Taipei and its partner cities together to build a global engine for innovation — powered by creativity, fuelled by cities, driven by action.

The first edition brought NASA space engineers, founders out of MIT and Harvard, a policy lead from the Kingdom of Bhutan and youth changemakers working on the ground to Taipei, alongside 150 youth leaders aged 15 to 45. Through keynote speeches, dialogue sessions, workshops and immersive visits, they explored four key topics.

在變動極快的世界裡，青年正在重新定義國際對話的方式。臺北市政府青年局於 2025 年首辦「臺北青年高峰會」，集結臺北與各夥伴城市的青年行動者，讓創意、城市與行動彼此推動。

首屆集結 NASA 太空工程師、MIT 與哈佛的創業家、不丹王國政策推動者，以及深耕社會現場的青年行動者，與 150 位 15–45 歲的青年領袖齊聚臺北。透過主題演講、與談、工作坊與參訪，深入探討四大主題的無限可能。
